New West Inn Amsterdam

Staff were super friendly and helpful, sorted out any queries and issues we had straight away. Good breakfast for €14,50, could go down in the morning and book for the same day no problems whatsoever. We were a bit skeptical after reading some awful reviews about the place but by the time we arrived we couldn’t fathom how these people could have had such an awful experience, any excuse to complain is all I can think of. Tram stop was 5 minutes away and they came every 10, perfect for getting around and are super easy to use. Could also buy passes for the public transport at the hotel reception.

Calm and safe area surrounded by nature and close to tram 17 which goes direct to city center; spacious rooms; confy beds; luggage storage; bike rental in the hotel and nice staff.

The room was very spacious for 3 people, it was warm in the winter, clean and comfortable. The supermarket Is nearby, lovely parks all around the coffee machine downstairs is ok priced.

Nice comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Things to do in the hotel like play pool, walk about, etc. We explored the city and surrounding all day and returned to the hotel to sleep. The car park is free. It is on street parking but it was very convenient. So parked the car and took the tram to the city centre. There are a few supermarkets near by and nice restaurants too. No tea or coffee in the room so had to come down every morning to get Euro2 coffee from the machine. It kept us going until we had brunch in town. Staff were brilliant. The rooms were spacious and clean.
